Let’s talk Different sweets. This place is amazing for atmosphere and customer service. Sweets quality and taste is definitely different and you can sample before you buy. Price is higher then other sweet shops .

Amazing shop with almost all types of sweets.Customer service was great as well. Rates are on the little expensive side. However, quality and service somewhat compensates for that.

The restaurant is good, food and sweets are awesome but customer service is awful. The customer service is just zero. There is no customer service, there are girls standing with the saddest and most tired faces waiting to attend excited customers. I didn’t like the customer service at all. I don’t feel like coming again just because of the customer service. Its not good. You need to train your staff to be better at greeting. They have the most weird saddest faces.

The restaurant fell short of the famed Bengali Hospitality" standard. The customer service was abysmal - the staff seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic about serving the customers. It was a terrible experience that left a sour taste in our mouths."

Used to be my go to place for Jilapi but utterly disappointed this year. Always soggy and went down in taste too. When you charging premium pricing you got to maintain the premium quality.

I don’t get to visit Premium Sweets often…it’s just too far away for a downtowner like me. However, every time I’ve visited, I’ve had an excellent experience.The staff are polite and attentive. The sweets are delicious (I think they’re the best in the city from what I’ve tried). And the food is surprisingly good too. (That said, the food portions are a bit small for the price.)Go there for sweets and you will not be disappointed.4.5/5 stars.

Highly rated for a reason! Little expensive but worth the try. Singhara Alias veg samosa is out of the world, one to the few places which meats indian taste. And other chaats are also sooo yummy. Lots of Bengali sweet options as well.Must try!!

Amazing sweets, specially Misti Doi, Gulab Jamun and Chanar Toast. In fish, Shorshe Ilish was amazing, very close to what we had in Kolkata. 5/5 will visit again.

I decided to stop by this place while I was looking for a Pakistani sweet shop. Though this is a Bengali shop but I still enjoyed the sweets. Don’t get the chai. It’s not good at all. Onion pakoras were ok and a bit dry. I gave 4 stars because how clean it was and for the customer service.

Premium Sweets is a favourite amongst many people and this location has got everything you need.From savoury foods like chaat, samosas, biryani’s, to desserts and sweets, and offering a variety of decoration for the boxes. They do wedding catering as well.Highly recommend
