I actually went there yesterday after hearing from my parents that I wont be needing to go to DT toronto to pickup beef anymore. They really like the quality of this place and staff are friendly as well.

Saiful Bhai runs this store. Owners are good. They sell pithaghor mishtis which is amazing. They also sell all Bangladeshi groceries.

One of the best ethnic stores in Pickering. Interior is clean and nice grocery environment. Staff and their superb friendly behavior keeps customers coming back repeatedly. Highly recommend to shop here for any Asian food grocery.

Visited this new Bangladeshi Grocery store in Pickering after recommendation of a friend.I was very impressed at the cleanliness,neat lay-out and the staff were extremely helpful and very polite.The owner Mr Kamrul personally attend to my needs and assisted me in my fish selection.I highly recommend Al Madina.

“A friendly boutique store not only for the Durham Bangladeshi community”A freshly painted and newly built store in Pickering for all of the Bangladeshi community in Durham and beyond. A customer-focused staff with a similar pricing structure to the one in Toronto. I was able to buy delicious sweets (Rosomalai), fish (Hilsha and Ritha), fresh goat meat, spices, rice, daal, some deshi drinks, kid's favorite mango bars at a very competitive price.I highly recommend at least visiting once to get the experience.
